Objective

M Dias Branco's People Administration is responsible for checking the payroll and managing the benefits of more than 17,000 employees in more than 30 branches throughout Brazil.

Thus, M Dias Branco faced challenges with large volumes of data to manually check payroll and benefits.

The company's goal was to assertively carry out and optimize the benefits reconciliation process (medical and dental assistance, basic food basket, transport vouchers, etc.), ensuring the correct inputs in the employees' payroll and sending the information to the controller's office in a summarized form to follow up with the accounting closing.


Challenges

The invoices are posted and the benefits are entered on the employees' payrolls in the current fiscal year. As a result, there is very little time to meet the schedule
